Society
SNCIRE is a not-for-profit society that is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. The Board provides overall direction and sets guidance and policy for the Executive Director, who handles the day-to-day operations of the Society.
The bylaws of the SNCIRE Society are based on the SOCIETY ACT .In addition to the bylaws, the SNCIRE Board has established a TERMS OF REFERENCE and several operating policies.
